Who We Are

Still Wall is developed and published by Michael J. Goldner. This policy applies to the Still Wall iOS app and the Still Wall website.

Privacy requests are handled through a dedicated privacy request page.

Data You Provide

Core gameplay does not require account creation or profile fields.

• If you contact support, we may receive your email address and message content
• If you send privacy requests, we may collect information needed to respond

Data Collected Automatically (App)

• Gameplay and usage analytics for product improvement and diagnostics
• Technical app/device context for reliability and abuse prevention
• Advertising identifiers and interaction signals when ads are enabled
• On-device local state such as match progress and app settings

Data Collected Automatically (Website)

• Standard server log data (IP, user agent, timestamp, referrer)
• Aggregate traffic and performance measurements (for example visit counts and referrers)
• No current use of non-essential analytics/advertising cookies

How Data Is Used

• Operate gameplay and website functionality
• Maintain save state/settings and improve performance
• Diagnose bugs, detect abuse, and maintain security
• Deliver and measure in-app advertising where configured
• Respond to support and legal requests

Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

• Performance of a contract (providing requested services)
• Legitimate interests (security, product improvement, abuse prevention)
• Consent (where required for analytics, ads, or cookies)
• Legal obligations

Third-Party Services

The app and site may use third-party services including:

• Apple Game Center
• Google Firebase Analytics
• Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform

These services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Data may be shared with service providers, legal authorities where required, or successors in a business transfer.

Data is retained only as long as needed for operations, security/diagnostics, and legal compliance.

Cookies And Similar Technologies (Website)

Website measurement currently relies on server-side logs and aggregate performance analytics. Non-essential analytics/advertising cookies are not currently used.

If this changes, the policy will be updated and consent choices will be offered where required by law before non-essential cookies are used.

Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of data.

• Consent withdrawal where applicable

Submit privacy requests at /privacy-request to ensure traceable handling and response.

Children, Security, and Updates

Still Wall is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required locally). We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

This policy may be updated over time; changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied for cross-border transfers.

App Store Privacy Labels

Apple App Store privacy nutrition labels are maintained separately and should remain consistent with this policy and actual product behavior.
