Still Wall is developed and published by Michael J. Goldner. This policy applies to the Still Wall iOS app and the Still Wall website.
Privacy requests are handled through a dedicated privacy request page.
Core gameplay does not require account creation or profile fields.
The app and site may use third-party services including:
These services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Data may be shared with service providers, legal authorities where required, or successors in a business transfer.
Data is retained only as long as needed for operations, security/diagnostics, and legal compliance.
Website measurement currently relies on server-side logs and aggregate performance analytics. Non-essential analytics/advertising cookies are not currently used.
If this changes, the policy will be updated and consent choices will be offered where required by law before non-essential cookies are used.
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of data.
Submit privacy requests at /privacy-request to ensure traceable handling and response.
Still Wall is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required locally). We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
This policy may be updated over time; changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied for cross-border transfers.
Apple App Store privacy nutrition labels are maintained separately and should remain consistent with this policy and actual product behavior.
